Anveal provides decision-support reports for regulated CRM review workflows. It checks supplied campaign evidence for issues such as audience logic, suppression, timing, counts, personalisation, and evidence gaps.

Reports are based on the evidence supplied. Anveal does not approve a campaign, provide legal advice, certify compliance, guarantee a launch outcome, or replace human review and sign-off.

You must submit only redacted evidence that you are authorised to use for review. Do not stage raw customer exports, contact-level PII, secrets, tokens, or screenshots containing identifiable customer data.

You remain responsible for checking that evidence is complete enough for the review you request. Missing or inconsistent evidence may result in a Cannot assess verdict or findings that require further human review.

Recognised likely PII is blocked on intake and excluded from review processing. If a file is blocked, provide a redacted version before continuing.

Accepted source files are temporary processing inputs. They are deleted after processing, while Anveal retains the structured decision record: report, verdict, findings, supplied packet fields, metadata, timestamps, evidence excerpts, and audit events.

Anveal review records are intended to help managers understand the evidence reviewed, the findings raised, the recommended fixes, and the source-file posture for a campaign packet.

Review records are not a compliance approval, send approval, or guarantee that every legal, regulatory, platform, or operational requirement has been satisfied.

Access may be limited to invited workspaces, sample reviews, and pilot workflows. Structured pilot pricing agreed after sample review.

Do not use Anveal to process production customer data unless the founder or CTO has explicitly approved the workflow and the required contractual, security, and procurement terms are in place.
