Practical private-alpha privacy wording for Anveal's public site. Last updated: 25 June 2026.
What Anveal reviews
Anveal is decision-support software for pre-send CRM governance. It reviews the campaign evidence supplied by your team and returns a structured report with a verdict, findings, recommended fixes, evidence scope, and source-file posture.
Anveal is not compliance approval, legal advice, launch approval, or a substitute for human sign-off. Your organisation remains responsible for campaign approval and send decisions.
What you should provide
Use redacted, text-like campaign evidence: briefs, audience logic, suppression rules, aggregate counts, email HTML, QA notes, and manually transcribed redacted screenshot notes.
Do not upload or send contact-level personal data. Remove names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, policy numbers, claim numbers, account IDs, free-text customer notes, row-level customer exports, and screenshots showing identifiable customer data before staging a packet.
PII blocking
Anveal checks staged files for likely contact-level PII before review processing. Recognised likely PII is blocked on intake, excluded from review processing, and should be replaced with a redacted version.
The PII scanner is a guardrail, not permission to upload customer records. Users are responsible for redacting contact-level data before staging evidence.
Source files
Accepted source files are temporary processing inputs. They are used to extract the evidence needed for the review and are deleted after processing once the report has been generated.
Anveal records source-file posture and deletion timestamps so a manager can see what was accepted, blocked, processed, and deleted.
Retained decision record
The retained record is structured: reports, verdicts, findings, supplied packet fields, metadata, timestamps, short evidence excerpts, and audit events.
Retained records must not include raw uploaded source files, storage identifiers for deleted files, raw provider output, secrets, tokens, row-level customer exports, or contact-level PII.
Private-alpha status
This notice describes the current private-alpha product posture. Procurement, security, residency, data-processing, or enterprise contract requirements should be raised before a pilot is treated as production use.
